I'm not sure what I was thinking when I wrote this.
Life Changes
Running,
playing, laughing, and singing
So carefree, I believed I could do anything
I remember that feeling and to get that back I would give
everything
Innocence taken away, life changes forced to be made
Escaping, thinking innocence could be taken back if a new life I
could have
A fateful choice indeed, for that made the innocence even more
fleeting
Emptiness, that’s what changes in life gave back to me
I decided to take back my life innocence or not this had to be
Love that’s what life changes rewarded me
